Our Mission

As teachers, we strive for excellence in our own musical abilities and in our skills for educating the music student. This is pursued through workshops, extensive research, continued private lessons, adjudications, and festivals.
Our passion for teaching is to impart the love of music and make music come alive for each and every student.

What Problem Do We Solve?
Music is an expressive language without words. Instead of boring ‘notes’ and constant drills, we help students learn to play their instrument with purpose, articulate with precision and express with passion so that they will develop a love for music and music will fulfill and provide a lifelong enjoyment for them.
How Is Able To Play Academy Different?
While music alone develops multiple skills, we incorporate a teaching style that is tailored to your child’s learning style. Right-brained students learn completely different from left brain students, therefore, our teachers are equipped to modify their teachings style to fit your child’s needs.
Imagine seeing your child’s confidence grow as they are able to learn in a safe and fun atmosphere. Their creativity and freedom of expression in their music is encouraged with positive reinforcement.
